Permanent Improvements to the PSLF Program
The Department of Education (ED) announced a plan for permanent improvements to the PSLF program and a one-time payment count adjustment to bring borrowers closer to loan forgiveness. The Department will be offering a temporary opportunity to give borrowers credit for prior payments they made that would not otherwise count toward PSLF.
